Reckless by Elsie Silver

Happy Friday ya’ll! My weekly review schedule has been thrown out of wack since my road trip started so here’s this week’s review, featuring the wonderful Reckless by Elsie Silver!

Check the blurb if you aren’t already familiar with this book. It is also the fourth book in a series, so check out the first book, Flawless if you haven’t read the three books before it!

Reckless threw me for a loop. I absolutely adored it, but I didn’t think I would love it before I started the book, if you catch my drift. All of the times that I’ve encountered accidental pregnancy and miscommunication tropes combined in the past, I didn’t like them. Somehow, Elsie managed to turn those two tropes into a work of art in Reckless. I’m still in awe of that book. I loved the characters and the character dynamics, not to mention there was development for the main characters! The banter and spice were on point too, along with a little bit of angst! If you’re interested in seeing these tropes done justice or just some good banter, development, and spice, then Reckless is for you! But please, please, please read the other books in the series before you read this one! It makes everything about it even better after having read all the other books! The other books are flipping fantastic, so just dive right in!
