Deceived by the Gargoyles by Lillian Lark

This book ya'll. This book was such a fun little romp. And by that I mean I stayed up from when I started it till I finished it! This supernatural romcom has got the mystery and the (spicy) romance. It's also on the shorter side which makes it an unintimidating read that is easy to start and get into. The characters were all fun to follow throughout the story, though I do wish there was more airtime in the book for the development of the much alluded to MMCs' pasts. The FMC was also sassy and hilarious, but I wanted some more closure on her family drama. There was so much potential there and I wanted to know! Even without this, I loved the story and the characters were fabulous! If you're looking for a spicy little palate cleanser or just a fun short read, this is the book for you!
